What is the business search at the
top of the page?
If you know the name of the business you are looking for then this is
the best place to find it. Enter all or part of the name and your required
business will be returned.
What
is the iamge search at the top of the page?
Businesses have the option add image of their products of business premises.
This search allows you to find images based on the descriptions oeach
image.
When I search for a business why is nothing
returned?
It may be because the business you are looking for is not listed in our
database. Over time more and more businesses will be added. We are new
so keep checking back! top
Advanced search
Do I have to fill out all the fields?
No. Any fields left blank will be ignored. Just enter details in the
required field(s) and hit search.
When I search nothing is returned, what
am I doing wrong?
Probably nothing. It may be because the business you are looking for
is not listed in our database. Over time more and more businesses will
be added. We are new so keep checking back!

Categories
Some of the categories are greyed out, why
can’t I click on them?
This means there are no business listings in the category.
What
do the numbers in the square [] brackets in the categories screen?
The number tells you how many businesses are listed in that category.

Listings
What are the pink shaded listings?
These are businesses who have bought the premium package. When you buy
a premium package you will be at the top of you chosen category(ies).
If more than one business has an advanced packages in that category they
are sorted alphabetically.
What order are the listings in?
All listing are in alphabetical order. Businesses with an premium package
will be top then free listing under all them.
How do I add a logo?
You need to upgrade to the premium package. When you have bought
your package you will be able to add your logo via your user area.
How do I get a banner on the top
of the site?
You need to upgrade to the premium package. You can then add
your banner in your user area. Banners must be 468x60 pixels and in .JPG
or .GIF format.

Submit a listing
How many categories can I submit to?
The limit is 6. This is to prevent businesses adding their details to
all categories.
I
don’t have an email address, can
I still sign up?
Yes. Enter ‘no@email.com’ (without quotes) and the process
can be complete. If you get an email in the future you can log in to
your user area and change it.

How
do I upgrade to the premium package?
If you have not registered for a free account you need to do
that first. Once your account has been approved log into your user area
and click the upgrade to "premium" button.
How much does the premium package cost and for what period?
The premium package costs £50 for one years subscription.
How to
I pay for the premium package?
All
payments are currently made via Paypal with your Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Switch, Solo, Delta or Visa Electron card.
If you wish to pay by cheque please email us via our contact
page.
I have
upgraded to the premium account but my banners are no appearing
on www.ilkley-more.com?
Usually we add the banners in to the www.ilkley-more.com banner
pool within a few hours, but it can take up to 24hrs. If you banners
are not appearing after 24hrs please contact us via our contact us page
Can I have a button
on the left and right hand side of the site?
Yes. But you will need to upgrade to our premium package and upload
your logo.
